The Barrymore Hill

Here’s a morning decorated with gold inlay,
And this is not but just a fair break of day.
We are standing in this cold light of day,
To greet the new morning’s magical play.

See the light reveals another dimension,
Brings to light a new boundless horizon.
The dawn chorus sings a madrigal song,
The poetic lines of the nature’s composition.

Would you like tea or just a cup of coffee,
While we savour this pleasant scenery?
Here, up in this hill, we surely can see,
This magnificent landscape is only our victory.

I’ve been thinking, my friends,
From our exertion of walking ascend,
And from everything what we expend,
Freedom is what we deserved, in the end.
